All services and products must be paid for at time of service. We accept check, cash or all major credit cards. If paying with a credit card our processing company charges a 2.9% convenience fee that is added on automatically.

Medication and Food Refills
We ask that you please call ahead all medication and food refills. It is best to call in your refills before you run out in case it is something that we may need to order in. We also now offer an online store that you can purchase your pets prescriptions from and get the shipped directly to your home.

No Show Policy
We understand things come up last minute but if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please try to give us a 24 hour notice. If you miss an appointment with no call that is considered a no show. We now have a policy in place that after your first no show we will give you a verbal warning, your second no show you will have to prepay to schedule appointments and your third no show we will ask you to find another clinic. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but no shows really impact our schedule.

Leash and Kennel Policy
We ask that all dogs come to the clinic on a secure leash and collar. Please tighten collars before visit to prevent dog from slipping out of it.
Cats need to be in a secure kennel to prevent accidental escape.

New Client Policy
We accept clients on a case by case basis and depends on how far out our schedule is booked. We only accept new clients from the local lakes area. If you are from outside the local area we will ask you to find a vet closer to where you live. All new pets need to be seen at least once and be up to date on a Rabies vaccine before scheduling for any type of surgical procedure.
